Return Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase

A sales receipt is required for all returns

Merchandise and packaging must be in clean resalable condition for a full refund

(No marks, must have tags and/or original packaging intact)

Merchandise with NO RETURN IF OPENED stickers will not be refunded if packaging is opened

Merchandise with NON RETURNABLE stickers will not be refunded

Clearance items are not returnable and cannot be exchanged

All returns will be applied to the original form of payment

In person returns can only be done at the Dayton Campus

Please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email so that we can properly apply the refund

It is recommended that you use a trackable method when you return the item(s)

We will issue a refund when we receive the item(s), and it is determined to be in approved condition as stated above

Laptop Policy

Laptops are subject to the Campus Store general return policy

Laptops must be in the original box, unopened, with seal intact, for a refund or exchange

Any shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours

Any laptop defects must be reported within 10 days of purchase 

Laptops can be purchased online and be available for pickup at any Sinclair Campus

Orders with laptops shipped to a customers home will incur an additional shipping cost to cover insurance
